We are hiring a Remote IT Support Specialist to assist our clients.

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Years of Experience: 2 Years

Key Roles/Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, Install and configure software, Provide remote desktop support, Document and resolve technical incidents

Job Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of operating systems and networking
• Technical certifications are a plus
