Summary

We are seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to provide excellent customer support.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Years of Experience: 2 Years

Key Roles/Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, Resolve product or service issues, Process orders and returns, Maintain customer records

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience is a plus
